HOA Services exists to protect and extend the life of your property. Serving the greater Portland and Willamette Valley area, we understand the steady demands placed on multifamily, commercial, and community buildings. Weather exposure, high usage, and aging materials require more than reactive fixes. They require structure and foresight.
Since 2016, our leadership has focused on building disciplined systems that prioritize early detection, clear communication, and consistent execution. We operate with an “eyes up” mindset. Our technicians look beyond the immediate task to identify emerging issues before they escalate. Eric D.
Account Executive
Eric is an Account Executive focused on production, project management and customer service. Eric joined the HOA Services team in 2015 as Maintenance Technician, where he gained valuable field experience. After studying at Portland State University, he received a certificate in Project Management. In 2017, Eric was promoted to Account Executive, and he has continued to help the company grow by successfully delivering a complete building solution to his clients.
Away from work, Eric loves spending his free time with his wife, two children, and German Shorthaired Pointer, Ivy.
Zeb
Account Executive
HOA Services has relied on Zeb since 2007 to provide exceptional customer service and project management expertise in his role as an Account Executive. Zeb studied at WSU and has continued to build his industry expertise by receiving certifications in several specialized areas.
As an Account Executive, Zeb manages every aspect of his client’s accounts from scheduling, to estimating, and he coordinates scheduling all Technicians on his team. “It’s satisfying to be able to use my technical knowledge of the Building Services industry to meet the on-the-ground needs of my clients. I love being able to deliver a result that exceeds everyone’s expectations.”
In his free time, Zeb enjoys playing music, getting together with friends to play board games, and physical fitness in the great outdoors.
Brandi
Billing Specialist
Since joining the HOA Services team in 2017, Brandi has become an integral part of our financial operations. With a background in Business Management and extensive experience in community and portfolio billing, she serves as our Billing Specialist and Bookkeeper. She ensures that every service and project is accurately documented and invoiced. Brandi is deeply committed to precision and transparency, consistently providing detailed reports and keeping client accounts current and organized.
Outside of the office, Brandi is a proud wife and mother of four who enjoys discovering hidden and unique destinations to explore. A lifelong creator, she also spends her free time painting and building custom art displays, combining her artistic passion with her love of hands-on craftsmanship.
Amber
Human Resources Generalist
Amber serves as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting the team in areas including payroll, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and full-cycle employment processes. Since joining the company in 2023, she has enjoyed working alongside a dedicated team and contributing to a positive, supportive workplace. She approaches her role with fairness, consistency, and a genuine desire to help both employees and leadership feel supported.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children and hiking outdoors with their Mini Australian Shepherd Dolly.
Juan
Janitorial Department Manager
In 2011, Juan joined the HOA Services team as a Janitorial Technician. His experience and motivation in this field allowed him to grow into his current role as Supervisor. During his time with HOA Services, Juan has built a successful team of Janitorial Technicians.
Under the guidance and mentorship of his supervisor, Mr. Redding, Juan has learned to establish protocols, create work schedules, meet with potential client’s, and has become an expert in assessing buildings for general maintenance and contracts. Juan has been able to expand the Janitorial Department and create a solid and dedicated team of Technicians who take pride in representing HOA Services.
During his free time, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and his Olde English Bulldog, Miel. He is passionate about boxing, values his family and work, and considers himself a life-long learner.
Eric C.
Sales Executive
Joining HOA Services in 2025, Eric brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate and asset management experience to HOA Services, with a career focused on strengthening customer relationships in his business development role.
At HOA Services, Eric applies this ownership-minded perspective, building partnerships with community associations, multifamily, and commercial property managers to maintain their properties. His approach centers on communication, accountability, and being a partner that clients can trust.
Eric is known for his integrity, responsiveness, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
Growing up in Oregon, Eric enjoys the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest to hike, hunt and fish. Eric enjoys spending time with his wife & daughter and their black lab Laney and cooking for friends and family. Eric is a University of Oregon graduate and enjoys rooting for the Ducks on Saturdays at Autzen Stadium.
Jason
CEO and Team Leader
Jason grew up in the family construction business, and those early roots helped form his passion for leadership and team building at HOA Services.
In 1992, Jason graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Human Development. While at U of O, Jason’s team leadership experience was formed during his years of playing college football from 1988 to 1991. After college, he would continue to work in the property services industry building a team of skilled and reliable Technicians who have continued to work with him over the years.
Jason’s deep construction experience coupled with his passion for team building, have helped him to develop a proven process that HOA Services uses to provide a full suite of property services.
“The goal is always to meet the property’s unique needs and get the work done on-time and on-budget. HOA Services relies on the relationships the company has developed over the years with product and supply vendors, sub-contractors, industry experts, and our skilled Foremen and Technicians. These relationships benefit the properties we service because we’re able to pass that expertise and efficiency along to the community.”
Working directly with the HOA Services administrative team, Jason also ensures the whole team upholds and follows the company production process, which enables HOA services to continue to lead the Property Services industry in Oregon and South West Washington.
Jason is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and Black Lab, Ollie and Yellow Lab Elle. An avid outdoorsman who grew up in Oregon, Jason regularly hunts and fishes, fully enjoying the seasons of the Pacific Northwest.
