Our team is focused on caring for your property, rain or shine, and it’s that consistency and determination which has shaped our service philosophy as we continue to meet your property’s unique needs. Our aim is to maintain your property as a whole and deliver scalable services that fit every budget.

Our Story

HOA Services is a local Portland, Oregon area small business offering comprehensive building services to help you maintain your property’s curb appeal. It is no accident that we can meet the demands of challenging property and building maintenance issues. In 2016, new management brought to HOA Services a purpose and passion for delivering quality services. Alongside our partners, we’ve weathered storms and wildfires, implemented COVID 19 protocols, and kept pace with a rapidly-changing Portland, Oregon region. Over the years, our team’s consistent attention to detail and care of your property, along with our dynamic customer service, has earned the loyalty of our partners. 

What We Do

“Eyes up”

That’s a saying here at HOA Services, a guiding principle really. It means to keep your eyes open for other concerns along the way; to see the big picture and take a fresh look at your surroundings. If something is out of place or missing, we take notice. If there is a hazard, a maintenance, or a repair issue, each and every HOA Services technician is trained to spot the issue before it becomes a larger concern.

But it also means that we keep an eye on the time, task, and promise we’ve delivered to you. We are your partner in caring for your property, doing our best to extend the life of your building along the way. Whether it’s a janitorial service, seasonal maintenance, or a much-needed repair, we’ve worked to develop a robust system of checks and balances to ensure the work is done properly, according to guidelines set by the manufacturer, the city, or the state. Our account managers work to provide clear communication to our technicians from start to finish, setting and meeting clear expectations. We manage these communications, so you don’t have to.

Meet the Team

Our reputation for excellence has been established over the years by our incredible team of technicians. On average, our team members have been with our company for 7+ years, so you can count on our crews to have the experience, skill, and professionalism to get the job done right the first time.

Eric

Account Executive

Eric is an Account Executive focused on production, project management and customer service. Eric joined the HOA Services team in 2015 as Maintenance Technician, where he gained valuable field experience. After studying at Portland State University, he received a certificate in Project Management. In 2017, Eric was promoted to Account Executive, and he has continued to help the company grow by successfully delivering a complete building solution to his clients.

Away from work, Eric loves spending his free time with his wife, two children, and German Shorthaired Pointer, Ivy.

Zeb

Account Executive

HOA Services has relied on Zeb since 2007 to provide exceptional customer service and project management expertise in his role as an Account Executive. Zeb studied at WSU and has continued to build his industry expertise by receiving certifications in several specialized areas. 

As an Account Executive, Zeb manages every aspect of his client’s accounts from scheduling, to estimating, and he coordinates scheduling all Technicians on his team. “It’s satisfying to be able to use my technical knowledge of the Building Services industry to meet the on-the-ground needs of my clients. I love being able to deliver a result that exceeds everyone’s expectations.” 

In his free time, Zeb enjoys playing music, getting together with friends to play board games, and physical fitness in the great outdoors.

Brandi

Billing Specialist

In 2017, Brandi joined the HOA Services team as a Billing Specialist. She studied Business Management at PCC, and has deep experience managing community and portfolio billing accounts. Brandi is responsible for collecting job documentation for each service and project, providing detailed invoices and reports, and ensures your billing account is always accurate and up-to-date.

Brandi is the mom of four kids, and she puts her creativity on display each year hosting an annual neighborhood Haunted House for Halloween.

Colleen

Human Resources

Colleen serves as HOA Services HR, Payroll and Office Executive bringing over 25 years of experience to the team. Her areas of subject matter as an HR Generalist include employee relations, recruiting, HR compliance and benefits administration.

In her spare time, she enjoys archeology, genealogical research, and hiking with her Corgi’s.

Juan

Janitorial Department Supervisor

In 2011, Juan joined the HOA Services team as a Janitorial Technician. His experience and motivation in this field allowed him to grow into his current role as Supervisor. During his time with HOA Services, Juan has built a successful team of Janitorial Technicians.

Under the guidance and mentorship of his supervisor, Mr. Redding, Juan has learned to establish protocols, create work schedules, meet with potential client’s, and has become an expert in assessing buildings for general maintenance and contracts. Juan has been able to expand the Janitorial Department and create a solid and dedicated team of Technicians who take pride in representing HOA Services.

During his free time, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and his Olde English Bulldog, Miel. He is passionate about boxing, values his family and work, and considers himself a life-long learner.

Jason

CEO and Team Leader

Jason grew up in the family construction business, and those early roots helped form his passion for leadership and team building at HOA Services.

In 1992, Jason graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Human Development. While at U of O, Jason’s team leadership experience was formed during his years of playing college football from 1988 to 1991. After college, he would continue to work in the property services industry building a team of skilled and reliable Technicians who have continued to work with him over the years.

Jason’s deep construction experience coupled with his passion for team building, have helped him to develop a proven process that HOA Services uses to provide a full suite of property services.

“The goal is always to meet the property’s unique needs and get the work done on-time and on-budget. HOA Services relies on the relationships the company has developed over the years with product and supply vendors, sub-contractors, industry experts, and our skilled Foremen and Technicians. These relationships benefit the properties we service because we’re able to pass that expertise and efficiency along to the community.”

Working directly with the HOA Services administrative team, Jason also ensures the whole team upholds and follows the company production process, which enables HOA services to continue to lead the Property Services industry in Oregon and South West Washington.

Jason is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and Black Lab, Ollie. An avid outdoorsman who grew up in Oregon, Jason regularly hunts and fishes, fully enjoying the seasons of the Pacific Northwest.
