Janitorial Technicians use a customized janitorial services checklist that includes all tasks, and records the date and time of service, ensuring you receive consistent, quality routine janitorial service. We also take photos to document any concerns or issues onsite and communicate this to you. Routine Janitorial Services includes common cleaning tasks for your property from disinfecting high-touch hard surfaces to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, window cleaning, electrostatic disinfection cleaning, as well as trash and disposal.

Our teams routinely monitor the condition of your property on each visit, relaying a report if they observe an issue or concern. Janitorial Services FAQ

What makes your service stand out from others?
A lot of things! The same porter will be assigned to your property and will get to know it like the back of their hand. All of our staff, including Porters, are full-time employees with full benefits, so the service at your property will never be contracted out. A big part of our service is Reporting: our Porters photo document conditions, potential issues, and recommendations on every visit. They provide an experienced eye on your property on a routine basis.
Can the Porter do ____ at their next visit?
If it is a service our Janitorial Division provides, then yes! Keep in mind that if your Porter performs an additional task, they may not be able to complete the full check-list on that visit. If the task requires a different set of skills or larger equipment than your Account Executive can schedule and complete that task with a different Technician as a one-time work order.
How frequently will the Porter complete ______?
While each property requires janitorial services at different frequencies; here is a list of common timeframes for service. Each task will be assigned a different frequency to be completed as well.

What if the Porter at my property keeps missing something?
Our Porters work off of a customized checklist approved by the property, so it is as simple as adding the task to the list. We can make changes to this checklist whenever you want, and will often have different checklists for different seasons.
