I’m sending an email today to extend my appreciation for the quality construction repair work that your Foreman, Mike … and his crew did on the Sellwood Commons Deck Repair Project this summer. Many hours were spent working on this project in the intense summer heat, appreciate their determination to continue despite the conditions.  Mike’s professionalism, work ethic, years of construction knowledge and attention to detail impressed me and benefitted the Sellwood Commons Deck Repair Project.

I’m sending an email regarding the quality work Bob … did working as a Repairs Worker on our Sellwood Commons Deck Repair Project.  This was a 2018 summer project that he worked along with Foreman, Mike … .  They worked well together and the Sellwood Commons Deck Repair project was done in a professional manner because of their work.  I appreciate Bob’s part in making the project come together from start to finish.

I called her [the resident] yesterday to see how everything went with the job on her ceiling.

She couldn’t have been happier. She said they did a beautiful job on the ceiling. They helped her put everything back where she wanted it. She said HOA Maintenance is wonderful. I don’t know who was out there working, but they made quite an impression on her.
